Past Shows:

Performance Issues is a hilarious quest for notoriety created by award-winning sketch comedy troupe Hippopottymouth. In it they'll take a satiric look at the headlines, parody their ’90s television heroes, uncover what exactly is the world’s most dangerous animal, and much more. As long as they don’t get too anxious. Hey, “it happens to everyone.”

Approximately $500 billion a year is spent on advertising worldwide, and Whiskey Wry wants our piece, so we’re Selling Out.
Join us for an awesome ad-venture (see what we did there?) as we explore such topics as not-so-subtle corporate sponsorship, multicultural marketing, government-sponsored PSAs, beer vs. vodka, privacy vs. technology, clients vs. creatives and the emotional manipulation of the masses.
So, hold your breath...
Make a wish...
Count to three...
And follow us as we discuss the world of pure commercialization…

Whiskey Wry Productions presents A Sack Full Of Coal, a one-hour sketch show satirizing the holiday season. From the commercialization of the holidays to inappropriate office gift exchanges, taking the Christ out of Christmas and elven slave labor, nothing and no one about the holiday season is safe; especially once everyone's favorite Alpine Christmas demon, the Krampus, makes his appearance.

Music Direction by David Kornfeld

Whiskey Wry Productions will be closing out the year with 2014 Causes A Scene, a satirical look at this crazy year. In this 60 minute revue staged at Gorilla Tango Bucktown, no moment in the year is safe as we examine everything from The World Cup to Hobby Lobby to Kim and Kanye's wedding.
